As a BIA, Downtown Fredericton Inc. represents all non-residential property owners and commercial tenants in non-residential properties located within the Central Business District of the City of Fredericton. Businesses and property owners are automatically members of Downtown Fredericton Inc. by virtue of their location within the defined geographical boundaries of the BIA. The boundaries of this 16-block area are shown in red on the map below. (centre line of Brunswick Street northward to the St. John River and from the centre line of Smythe Street eastward to the centre line of St. John Street.
