July 9, 2008 - St John Street Municipal Service Upgrade
The City of Fredericton Engineering and Public Works Department wishes to advise motorists that beginning Wednesday morning, July 9th, King Street / St John Street intersection will be closed to all traffic. This closure is necessary to upgrade the City's infrastructure.
Motorists can expect additional street closures and detours as the project progresses along St. John Street and Queen Street. The City will notmotorists in advance of any further road closures.
Construction and detour signs will be in place to warn motorists of the closure and to guide motorists through the detour route.
This closure is expected to be in place for (2) days.
