Celebrate the magic of the holidays in Downtown Fredericton Thursday, December 5 from 6:00-9:00pm. Featuring Live Music, Bannock Roasting with Jenna’s Nut-Free Dessertery, Holiday Jazz, and Latte Art with Barista Brian. Downtown Fredericton shops will be open until 9:00pm.

Bannock was introduced by Scottish fur traders and has since been embraced and adapted by Indigenous communities. Gather around the fire as you roast Bannock on a stick, watching it turn golden brown and absorb a hint of smoky flavor. Share stories and connect with others in a warm, inviting atmosphere. This unique experience captures the essence of community and tradition, offering a true taste of history.
