The Palate Restaurant

Opened in 2001 The Palate is a locally owned restaurant located in the heart of Fredericton’s downtown Garrison district.

The food and beverage offerings are intended to be approachable and affordable with great emphasis on ingredients sourced from local farmers, fishermen and foragers as well as serving up a variety of locally produced craft beers and ciders.
