540 Kitchen & Bar is a casual neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Fredericton, the five-year-plan-come-true of a few hometown boys. 540 is, we hope, the heart of a Venn diagram of the traditional, the sacrilicious, and the modern. Having started as a place to eat and drink what we always wanted, that humble and selfish beginning guides us still.

A 10-tap draught system allows us to cycle through the best brews the Maritimes has to offer, focusing on smaller craft breweries and regional favourites. We attempt to source our foodstuffs locally, organically, economically, and capriciously.

Caribbean Flavas is a casual dining restaurant which has been influenced by many different cultures and cuisines and includes dishes made from recipes which have been handed down through many generations.

Since 2004 Caribbean Flavas has offered an exciting fusion style of cooking served in tropical décor with Caribbean music,  filled with warm “family type” personalities, love & passion that will surely make your dining experience enjoyable.
