Parking is easy downtown! The City of Fredericton manages over 500 on-street parking spaces and operates a number of parking facilities for easy access to your favourite downtown shops and services.  The best news?  Downtown parking is free (!!) evenings and weekends.*

HotSpot Parking

HotSpot parking provides a mobile parking solution to enjoy a convenient, pain free parking experience.

Through their mobile app, HotSpot offers the ability to make hourly payments at on-street parking meters and in off-street City-owned surface parking lots and City-owned parking garages. This hourly parking system enables customers to:

• Pay for hourly parking
• Stop your parking session if you return to your vehicle before your time expires
• Top-up hourly parking time (within maximum time limits)
• Receive text notifications of parking time expiry.
